4 Powerful Tips to Improve Your Follow Up sa Prospects Mo

Nahihirapan ka ba sa pag-follow up sa mga prospects mo for your business?

Gusto mo ba ng  strategy to improve ang pag-follow up mo sa mga prospects?

In this post I’ll share with you a few powerful tips that I learned from some of my mentors para mas maging effective ang way ng pag-follow up mo with your prospects.

Prospects need multiple follow ups bago mag-decide sa isang offer

If you search on the internet, madaming mga suggestions ang lalabas tungkol sa kung ilang beses ba dapat makita ng mga prospect ang isang offer bago sila mag-decide na bumili or mag-join.

Merong nagsasabi na 6, 7, 8, at meron pang nagsasabing up to 20 times.

Kahit na magkakaiba pa ang suggestions sa kung ilang beses ba dapat makita ng prospect mo ang offer mo what you should remember is to always follow up with your prospect after your invitation or your presentation.

Follow up with them within 48 hours

Another tip is to always do your follow up within 48 hours dahil kapag mas

tumagal ay mas mataas yung chance na malimutan na ng prospect yung tungkol sa invitation or presentation mo.

The sooner na makapag-follow up ka at makapag-set ng meeting or conversation with the prospect the better.

Kung hindi pa rin makapag-decide ang prospect mo about your offer or invite kapag nag-follow up ka then ask for a specific time para makapag-set ulit kayo ng appointment.

Focus on educating your prospect when you follow up

At once na na-manage mo na ang questions or objections ng prospects mo then you can move on to your next step, either ang pag set ng next appointment or pag sign-up sa prospect mo.

Remember na madalas kailangan ng multiple exposures or appointments ang prospects bago sila makapag-decide.

Pay attention to your prospect’s and your time when you follow up

A final tip for this post on improving your follow-ups is to always pay attention to time.

One of the best ways para makita ng prospect mo na isa kang professional ay through your use and respect of time.

Kung nag-set kayo ng time ng prospect mo to meet or to talk the make sure to be early or kung mala-late ka man ay make sure to advise your prospect. This is common courtesy between business people.

Also keep the conversation about your offer.

Mahirap man mag-focus ng usapan tungkol lang sa business, especially kung warm market ang kausap mo, it will be a great benefit to you kung di  mapupunta iba’t ibang issues ang usapan.

Dahil mararamdaman ng prospect mo na tungkol sa seryosong business or products ang purpose ng pagkikita or pag-uusap n’yo.

Kung nakatulong sa’yo ang mga tips sa post na ‘to then make sure to share this sa mga taong alam mong matutulungan din ng post na ‘to.
