At sa mundo ng network marketing, isa na siguro ito sa mga bagay na madalas mong mae-encounter.

Everytime na mag-ooffer ka sa prospect mo tungkol sa network marketing business mo, you are always at a risk of being rejected.

In this post we’ll go through why we have this fear and I’ll share with you some tips na natutuhan ko on how to lessen the fear of rejection or act kahit na meron ka nito.

Why do we have fear of rejection

The biggest reason kung bakit tayo nakaka-ramdam ng fear of rejection ay dahil meron tayong natural want to be accepted ng mga tao.

Gusto nating maramdaman na tanggap tayo ng mga taong nasa paligid natin.

At kapag nare-reject tayo we feel pain or we feel hurt.

In network marketing madalas natin maramdaman ‘to kapag tumanggi ang prospect sa business natin especially kung nasa point ka pa lang ng pagi-invite.

How to move past the fear of rejection

Although the fear of rejection ay natural na sa ‘tin, there are a few ways on how you can change the way you view rejection.

Especially when it comes to your network marketing business.

Here are a few ways para ma-handle mo ang fear of rejection when you’re¬†prospecting:

  • Only look for those who are open to your business – One of the biggest reasons why most network marketers feel rejected kapag tumanggi ang prospect nila ay dahil naka-focus sila sa kung pa’no mare-recruit ang mga prospect na kinakausap nila. Instead of thinking how you can recruit everone you talk to when prospecting, think of just looking for people na open tingnan ang business mo.
  • Focus on how you can help your prospect – Katulad ng nauna, instead of trying to get everyone into your business focus on how the business can help them. Listen to what your prospect says para malaman mo kung matutulungan ba sila ng product or business mo.
  • Understand that they are rejecting the offer and not you as a person – If your prospect turns down your offer remember na yung offer mo lang naman ang tinanggihan nila at hindi ikaw as a person. The best way para ma-sponsor ang prospect mo is to develop yourself in the business at kapag nakita ka nilang nag-improve ay mas madali mo na silang maa-alok ng business mo sa susunod.

Wala namang taong gusto na ma-reject. Pero kung sa pakiramdam mo ay talagang nahihirapan kang i-manage ang rejections ng prospects mo then you can use the tips above. Baka mas napupunta yung focus mo sa sarili mo instead of helping your prospects.
